Steam login not registering all characters in password entry.

**Problem description**
When I enter my password at the login screen, it appears that after a certain point, characters in my password are ignored, which prevents me from logging in. I am pasting in from a password manager.

**Does this issue reproduce with native Steam**
Have not tested. I am, however, able to login on store.steampowered.com, so that eliminates the possibility that I may have lost the correct credentials.
