Blank cut scenes

**Problem description**

Playing any cut scene give a blank screen. The skip button still shows and the game menu is still accessible with [Esc].

This occurs will all three Flatpak Proton Add-ons: Proton 7.0-2 (community build 1650987458); Proton experimental 7.0-20220518b (community build 1652970829); Proton-GE GE-Proton7-18 (build 1652977426).

I've also tried the mf-install script.
I've also tried adding the following to Game.ini as was suggested on a different forum:
[/Script/MoviePlayer.MoviePlayerSettings]
bWaitForMoviesToComplete=False
bMoviesAreSkippable=True
StartupMovies=

The steam log ends when the media is supposed to start.

Running the Steam Flatpak from the terminal didn't seem to output anything useful on cut scene start.

**Does this issue reproduce with native Steam**

No, issue does not occur with native Steam install.
