Module not found errors: msmpeg2vdec.dll & msvproc.dll for Baldurs Gate 3

**Problem description**
Launching Baldurs Gate 3 on Flatpak Steam using official Proton 6.3-7 leads to the following 2 wine errors in the log. I have not noticed a functional issue because of that yet.
