Ability to modify nvidia settings for flatpak?

Description
Obviously, the nvidia-settings defined on the host don't carry over into games running from the flatpak. One example is the g-sync indicator, which can be enabled on the host, but never appears on games running through the Flatpak.
As a suggestion, [GWE](https://gitlab.com/leinardi/gwe) is distributed over Flatpak. Perhaps their [implementation](https://gitlab.com/leinardi/gwe/issues/17) can serve as a model for doing this?
