Game Recording is not working

Game Recording setting is configured to `Record in Background` and saving the files where the games are installed, but when I check the folder, the files aren't there. The Game Recording overlay is broken as well because the records aren't being saved, so I can't create clips.

I'm trying to record ARC Raiders using `gamemoderun %command%` and `Proton Experimental`.
