PS5 Controller detected as touchpad within instances of steam games

**Problem description**
Games only detect my ps5 controllers touchpad as a mouse when in game. When testing the controller in steam all buttons are operating properly.

**Does this issue reproduce with native Steam**
Tested in RPM, issue and controller works great. But now elden ring error #1.

No source files, tests, or entry points are identified in the report. First reproduce the PS5 controller behavior in Flatpak Steam with Tekken 8 or Elden Ring, compare it with native Steam, and confirm that the touchpad is not exposed as a mouse while the other buttons continue to work.
