Latest Steam flatpak no longer inhibits screensaver when using gamepad

**Problem description**
Steam Flatpak is no longer inhibiting the screensaver when using a gamepad. I'm using an Xbox Wireless Controller connected through Bluetooth. Previously, this was no issue, but the current version of Steam is not inhibiting the screensaver.

I also tested connecting my controller via the 8BitDo Wireless USB Adapter and had the same issue.

As a final test, I shut down Steam and played Super Tux Kart via flatpak. Screensaver was inhibited the entire 30 minute session. So the issue must be Steam related.

One last test, I tried playing Steam flatpak games with different Xbox Wireless Controllers via Bluetooth on three different systems (still Fedora Silverblue 41). Same issue.

**Does this issue reproduce with native Steam**
I have not tested this as I only use the flatpak version of Steam.
