Steam web helper goes completely black when opening window and dumps a ton of errors in log

**Problem description**
When I click out of the window and back into it at some point, the web helper entirely goes black and remains black when I try to click on any other web pages (profile, friends, community, etc.).

When I look at steamwebhelper.log, it turns out it's dumping a **ton** of errors (over 4 million since I installed the Steam flatpak). My steamwebhelper log is nearly 200 MB after only having been installed for 10 days. Here's a few examples:

When I click on my library and then click on something else, it begins to work again.

**Does this issue reproduce with native Steam**
Have not tested.

Start by reproducing the black Steam web helper window on Kubuntu 23.04 with the listed NVIDIA drivers, then inspect steamwebhelper.log while switching between the window, profile, friends, community, and library pages. Done means the web helper remains visible and usable without continuously producing the reported X and GLX errors.
