Research direction
Start by reproducing `flatpak run com.valvesoftware.Steam` on Fedora and capture output after “requirements are satisfied”; investigate the reported input-device permission warning and the point where Steam closes. Done means Steam launches reliably with the relevant Flatpak permissions confirmed.
