Notification Clicks Not Opening Slack Application

**Summary:**
When attempting to open Slack via a notification from the GNOME
Notification Tray, the application fails to open properly.

**Steps to Reproduce:**
1. Receive a notification in the GNOME Notification Tray.
2. Click on the notification.
3. No slack window opens.

**Expected Behavior:**
Clicking on a notification should open Slack as intended, displaying the
relevant message or action associated with the notification. Not sure if this is a GNOME problem or something with the Slack application.

**Actual Behavior:**
- Clicking on a notification fails to open a new window.

**Platform:**
Debian and Fedora (latest)

**Additional Information:**
- GNOME Shell version: GNOME Shell 48.7
- Flatpak version: Flatpak 1.16.6
