App startup is very slow (>15s) and window control buttons are missing on GNOME Wayland

### 🐞 Issues Overview
I'm experiencing two major problems when using the app on Linux:

1. **Very slow startup time** — the app takes more than **15 seconds** to open.
2. **Missing window control buttons** — the minimize, maximize, and close buttons do not appear.

These issues have been occurring for a long time and still exist in the latest version.

### 🧪 Steps to Reproduce
1. Install the app via Flatpak or run the AppImage
2. Launch the application
3. Wait for the window to appear (startup delay >15 seconds)
4. Notice that the window buttons (close, minimize, maximize) are missing
