Orca command fails + Caching problems + GPU Process crashing

I'm not really sure if all of these issues are related or not but something seems very wrong with the minecraft launcher. I noticed the issue because occasionally while playing the game will get slow down to a frame every few seconds and even after closing minecraft the rest of my desktop is completely unusable and only gets better when I do a full reboot. I checked the logs (pasted below) and they're a mess but I'd need some more direction to keep troubleshooting.

These are just the logs at startup, I'm going to try to get them after a crash too when I can get it to happen next.

Start with the attached launch_logs.txt and review the startup errors around the Orca command, caching, and GPU process. Reproduce the slowdown or crash if possible and capture logs from the failure, not only startup.
