ccextractor fails to run

Attempting to rip DVD gives me:

```

The file exists, but, something is wrong with it.

Disabling the subtitle in the title selection creates a proper mkv rip output.

Start by reproducing the DVD rip with subtitles enabled and inspect the reported ccextractor paths: the preference path and /app/bin/mmccextr. Compare this with the successful rip when subtitles are disabled; done means subtitle-enabled DVD ripping executes ccextractor and produces a proper MKV output.
