Flatseal flatpak not opening on Linux Mint 22

Flatseal was working but I cannot remember the last time it worked, it could have been months since I last used it, but in the last couple of weeks I found it does not open when I try to start it either by clicking the icon or by running flatpak run com.github.tchx84.Flatseal in the linux terminal.

If I run it with verbose, I get the following output:

The dependency that it cannot find is installed as well as the one prior to it, as far as I can tell:

The overrides that I previously made with flatseal are still there, just the flatpak app flatseal is no longer opening even if I try it with a different user account on the same device and OS.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, with no change, and also have updated and no change, and also have run repair flatpak command in terminal and no change.

Start by reproducing the failure with `flatpak run com.github.tchx84.Flatseal` and the verbose output provided on Linux Mint 22. Check the installed Flatseal runtime and GNOME Platform 48/49 entries with `flatpak info`, then compare behavior across users. Done means identifying why the app does not launch and confirming that Flatseal opens normally after the fix.
