Description
@Wolkenfarmer reported in our Logisim-evolution repository the issue https://github.com/logisim-evolution/logisim-evolution/issues/2868:
> Hey, today I received an update for Logisim Evolution in Discover from version 4.0.0 to 4.1.0. However, when I tried to update I got following exception:
>
> `While pulling app/com.github.reds.LogisimEvolution/x86_64/stable from remote flathub: Decompressed delta part exceeds configured limit of 42727010 bytes`
>
> I am a bit wary when encountering such warnings since a lot of distribution channels have been hit with malware lately (like the AUR). So as a Linux noob I am asking here: is this just a really big update, or is this genuinely something to be concerned about? Why am I just receiving the update today anyway - on GitHub it has been out for 6 months now?
>
> I am sorry for troubling you if you have nothing to do with the flatpak packaging here 🙈

Research direction
Start with the linked Logisim-evolution issue #2868 and the Flatpak update from 4.0.0 to 4.1.0. Determine whether the Flathub delta-limit exception is expected and why the update was delayed; done means explaining the cause or identifying a packaging problem.
