No languages in appstream

Dropbox is translated into many languages. Because it is an extra-data app, even if the appdata specified ``, the build infrastructure would not extract the supported applications. (Although it's a Qt app, AFAICT it doesn't use the normal Qt translation machinery anyway.)

Discussion on #flatpak suggests that the right way to handle this situation is to list `` manually.
