Update builder specs to include deneb types

The builder specs still include capella definitions. I believe we can modify them to update the deneb specs. I want to understand if there is a reason behind not updating the builder.md file. If it is required to update, I m willing to take it up!

Review the existing builder specs and compare their Capella definitions with the requested Deneb definitions. Then read builder.md to determine whether it also documents this material and whether it needs updating. Done means the relevant builder specifications, and builder.md if required, consistently describe Deneb.
