Mismatch Between rpc_server.rs Logic and Flashbots Relay Docs

I’m wondering why rpc_server.rs isn’t parsing the signer headers. According to the [Flashbots relay docs](https://docs.flashbots.net/flashbots-auction/quick-start), the `X-Flashbots-Signature` header can be used to extract the signer information. Was this intentional, or simply an oversight?
