Replace the `ethereum_consensus` types in `mev_boost` with `alloy`:
- Use `alloy` types for mev-boost client (https://github.com/flashbots/rbuilder/pull/15)
- Hash and sign BidTrace (blocked by https://github.com/alloy-rs/alloy/issues/1024)
