Description
[builder-playground](https://github.com/flashbots/builder-playground) provides a full local environment with EL+CL+MEV-Boost-Relay. That coupled with [rbuilder](https://github.com/flashbots/rbuilder?tab=readme-ov-file#end-to-end-local-testing) would allow a full local test environment for mev-boost.
