Trash are transactions that are either:
- already included
- fail basic validity checks ([code here](https://github.com/flashbots/mempool-dumpster/blob/8af5ad51e2e89a2b91fd1e44ccf9ba73af8803ac/collector/tx_processor.go#L352)
