Hovering over the post author's user name doesn't show the visiting card when a post is deleted

## Bug Report

**Current Behaviour**

This affects only those users who are able to see deleted posts. In this case the normal behaviour of a small visiting card popping up on hovering over the post author's user name is missing. However, a click leads to the post author's profile correctly.

**Steps to Reproduce**
1. Login as moderator
2. Delete a post
3. Make this post visible to you
4. Hover over the post author's user name

**Expected Behaviour**

A small visiting card of the post author should pop up as in the cases of posts not deleted.

**Environment**
- Flarum version: Flarum 0.1.0-beta.7
- PHP version: 7.1.20
- Browser: Firefox

No files or tests are named. Start by reproducing the moderator flow in Firefox with a deleted post visible, then compare hovering over the author name with the same action on a non-deleted post. Done means the author's visiting card appears on hover while the existing profile link continues to work.
