Setting permissions on mobile does not display correctly on mobile

### Current Behavior

### Steps to Reproduce

Go to the permission section in the admin area with a mobile device and try to set permissions for a group.
In landscape mode it works fine but not in portrait.

### Expected Behavior

I would expect to see all possible groups and not only one.
