fl [COMMAND] doesn't respond on Powershell.

Description

**Problem:**

I installed flarum-cli everything works fine when I run flarum-cli COMMAND but fl COMMAND doesn't do anything...

**Environment:**

- Windows 11
- PowerShell
- Node v14.17.2
- NPM v7.20.5
- Flarum CLI v1.0.0

**Notes:** I'm not sure whether this is a bug or installation/configuration fault.

This issue has not been assessed yet.
