Use Core.System.Configuration.Install as an alternative for System.Configuration.Install

Hi, I am creating a installer for my app, I want to custom the installation progress and I use .NET 8.0, so I found your repo and use it as an alternative for System.Configuration.Install
I follow the old docs (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/visualstudio/visual-studio-2010/9cdb5eda(v=vs.100) but retrieve error `installerclass property is only valid for assemblies. build process cancelled`
My goal is create a textbox for user, then can take that input to next progress.
