v11 - css not auto imported

After upgrading to v11 it should auto import the css according to the docs. But this is not the case in my setup.
The toast will not show until I manualy add the css. Before i'm not seeing any styles of the toast.
I'm on release `11.1.0`

Start by comparing the v11 documentation's CSS auto-import expectation with a minimal React setup using release 11.1.0, then reproduce the toast without a manual stylesheet import. Done means the toast is styled and visible without that manual CSS import; the issue does not name a file or test to inspect.
