[Feature] Persist newly added vendor and item passthrough columns to transaction_detail model

### Describe the Feature

In `transaction_details`, we persist the passthrough columns for many of the source tables we join in (ie `accounts`). We also join in vendor and item, for which we recently added passthrough columns in the _source_ package only. Let's persist the passthrough columns for all tables we join in in this model
