`winliner profile` maybe should inherit stdio by default

Somewhat subjective, but a comment on the "don't inherit stdin/stdout" default setting implied here: when I ran this with a benchmark that prints output, I was somewhat surprised not to see it (and wondered if it had run the right thing). Maybe we could make that the default (`winliner profile` is a lot like `wasmtime run`) and have a separate `--quiet` mode or somesuch?
