Report first-launch activity and results

I think we ought to show a little something with results of the bash history import on the first launch. Definitely not too verbose or bothersome to have a little "Successfully imported 15,000 bash history entries, you're welcome!" there the first time we come up.

Same with the manpage completion generator, especially considering it burns the CPU and IO. We should just let the users know it's happening or has happened. Thoughts?
