Some README files are not referenced in Translations.md

[Translations.md](https://github.com/firstcontributions/first-contributions/blob/ceb4aafba62c8fde760d4da224cfb2e5fa25ae08/docs/translations/Translations.md) should list all existing translations with the corresponding flags. Currently, that is not the case.

This is a bit related to #105867, bacause there are probably files which are referenced in the main README, but not here, and vice versa.

As stated in #105962, `hy` and `arm`, `sk` and `slk`, are same languages. I think we should reference file which has correct language code (as listed in #105711), so `hy` and `sk`.

P.S. Some file names can be different if #105711 is (partly) done.

Start with docs/translations/Translations.md and compare its entries against the README translation files in docs/translations/. Review the listed missing and incorrectly referenced files, the main README, and the language-code guidance in #105711, #105867, and #105962. Done means every existing translation is listed with the correct flag and language-code link, without incorrect duplicate references.
