Add flow support to profiler-cli

Profiler flows are a useful view on dispatch to run causality.

It would be helpful to have profiler-cli support them out of the box.

(Otherwise Claude just writes its own tooling to do so -- part of which I attached :)

Start by locating the profiler-cli flow support entry point and review the attached flowtool.py as a reference for the requested behavior. Determine how profiler flows should be exposed through the CLI, then verify that profiler-cli can produce the expected flow view using an appropriate profiler input.
