Add the ability to publish profiles and get permalinks directly from the cli

Currently we don't have any way to share a profile or get a permalink of a certain profile view. It would be good to add this ability.

Note that we need to make sure that our users give explicit permission even if they use another AI agent for sharing their data. And also we need to make sure to have a way to sanitize the profile if user prefers to do it, similar to our profile sharing popup.

The payload names no files, tests, or entry points; start by locating the CLI handling and the existing profile sharing popup. Done means users can explicitly authorize sharing, optionally sanitize the profile, publish it, and obtain a permalink for a selected profile view.
