Provide prebuilt release for airgapped networks

Yes, there are still such networks and since the old profiler was removed from Firefox, there currently is no way to debug on airgapped networks unless this tool is built from source - which can be troublesome for users not familiar with it.
It would be nice to have a prebuilt executable that you can just double-click..
