Too-high track selection list does not scroll when going up/down past the visible ends

Open a profile with lots of tracks.
Open the track selection list. If it all fits in the screen, try to resize the window, so the list doesn't fit, and the scrollbar is visible.

Use the up/down arrow keys to move the highlight.
Notice that the list never scrolls, the highlight just disappears off the edge.

The list should scroll so that the highlight is always in view.
