Document the profiler recording presets

In the profiler recording UI, we have various presets that we use to record with different settings. Some presets also have different effects on the profiler analysis UI. For example, "Web Developer" preset enables the "active tab" view in the analysis front-end. We should explain these presets, document these effects and describe when to use which one.
