Description
Tooltip would help with overflowing URLs in resource tracks. A tooltip for the URL should also be on the domain shown in the top-left.
v2 could be `Copy URL` menu (or `Open URL`, even), but currently that UI doesn't offer any context menu.

Start by locating the resource tracks UI and the domain shown in the top-left. Check how overflowing URLs are rendered and verify that hovering exposes the complete URL in both locations. Done means both URL displays provide a tooltip without requiring a context menu.
