Very slow response time when changing checkboxes when sharing performance profile

1. Set the profiler to Media profile
1. Start Recording
1. Capture a profile
1. Click Publish...
1. Under Include additional data that may be identifiable, disable Include screenshots

# What happened?
Noticeable, > 1 second delay between clicking the checkbox and change in checkbox state

# What should have happened?
A more immediate UI response
