Find a more user friendly name for "RefreshDriverTick" and display that

Currently we have `Paint - RefreshDriverTick` marker but it's not quite understandable for web developers. We should find a better name for it, or at least we should add a description below its name.
Also, they are not easy to see in the profiler right now because they are very light gray and not easy to distinguish between that and the background. We should give it a better color.
