Provide an easy way to provide "Feedback"

So far we have been gotten feedback through our internal channels. When rolling out the product to an early external audience, we need to make sure that we can gather feedback from those engaged users, be it kudos, ideas and/or criticism.

**Tasks**:

Creating a similar flow like send.firefox.com.

1. Feedback link in the main analysis UI
1. Create survey on surveygizmo to capture the feedback _(Harald)_

**Questions:**

_Should we include the profile URL in the feedback?_ We could offer it pre-filled and let users remove it.

send.firefox.com has a simple Feedback system that links users directly to a surveygizmo-based feedback form.
