Ability to switch from a specific Marker in the Marker table to a view of the time region for the marker

Once you select a marker in the Marker table (or in the Chart, for that matter), it should be possible to restrict the timeline view to that time period. (best would be to set the selection in the timeline to the period of marker, and let the user hit "+" or adjust the time ranges before hitting +
