Add ability to delete profile data

As part of safeguard to users accidentally uploading private/sensitive or sending malicious content on purpose, the following features should be considered to be enabled as mitigations:
* [ ] ability for Mozilla to easily and quickly delete uploaded profile
* [ ] auto-expiration of uploaded data
* [ ] ability for users to delete parts or all of their profile uploaded data
