Some issues from my very short look:
- missing footnotes
- page numbers should probably not be added
- the `downloaded from ` and its url `http://bjaesthetics.oxfordjournals.org` mentions should probably not appear at all in no page (vertical on right side of the page)
- the header with author and page (DENIS DUTTON 303) should not appear
- should respect paragraph breaks
