Required Links not accessible-Possible Geo-Restriction?

I have noticed that the two Required links don't open directly as observed in this attached video.

Are they limited to some certain countries? if yes please add to the documentation so others know how/when to use VPN when necessary. But if no, why this?

Or perhaps proffer alternatives if these don't work.

Please check and update.
