Cost calculation in API responses

It would be super helpful to get cost calculation in the response of API calls so that the end-user has a programmatic understanding of their credit spend. Maybe this is already possible and I just missed it.

I can calculate this on client but won't get a window into things like whether a PDF was parsed or stealth mode was used (e.g. "auto" mode).

This would greatly help us manage our credit usage, thanks!
