FriendlyEats Step 4 Errors

When running step 4 `firebase use --add` in the `friendlyeats-web` directory, I get the following error: `Error: firebase use must be run from a Firebase project directory. Run firebase init to start a project directory in the current folder`

When I run it in the `vanilla-js` directory I get this error: `Error: Failed to list Firebase projects. See firebase-debug.log for more info.`
