Description
It appears that currently the only way to rollback in via the Firebase Console GUI... is that correct?
I am trying to build a custom GUI in a separate CMS to control / trigger builds, deploys, and rollbacks... but so far, I can only [deploy](https://github.com/firebase/firebase-tools#deployment-and-local-development).
This might be related to https://github.com/firebase/firebase-tools/issues/145, however I'm not interested in the security rules, just hosting rollback.
It would also be able to get a list of recent deployments, if possible.
Please let me know if there are any other ways of accomplishing this.
