Extensons Emulator page doesn't respect Markdown comments

**Describe the bug**
The extensions emulator instance details page renders Markdown comments instead of ignoring them:

**To Reproduce**
1 - ext:dev:init a new extension
2 - from your firebase project directory, install that extension
3 - run the emulator

**Expected behavior**
Markdown commetns should not be rendered
