Not able to add/import realtime database

Hello,

I have installed Firebase emulator on my laptop.
I am able to run/start it and connect to the GUI on port 4000.

I have enabled realtime Database, to simulate my production DB, locally.

Unfortunately, I am not able to import my own datas through the "+ import " button.
The GUI returns the error: "NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource."

In the GUI, I also see my empty DB and I am unfortunately unable to provision it manually neither:
I only have the options: "edit" or "delete". None of them is having any action.
I don't see the "+" button that would allow me to add some fields in my table.

I have set all the rules (read and write) to "true".

Then I have totally removed the file database.rule.json. I get the following warning (that I am expected): database: Did not find a Realtime Database rules file specified in a firebase.json config file. The emulator will default to allowing all reads and writes.

Would anyone be able to help me on this, please?
