Trigger Email unsubscribe function

I am using trigger email and it is working fine, in the bottom of my email templates I have an "unsubscribe" link. I can see that there is no way built into the extension to simply add a list of emails to to send to. This would be very handy and I'm sure a lot of other people would need this.

Since it isn't built in, is there anyway I can write my own cloud function to try and prevent a certain list of email addresses from triggering ?
