Update the Firebase Angular Web Frameworks Codelab

Is https://firebase.google.com/codelabs/firebase-web-io23 up to date? Some instructions feel incomplete which can make this challenging to follow along! It looks like a good codelab though, just feeling that if it gets a quick refresher, it'll be more practical to complete. One example is that there are a number of typescript errors, and the codelab doesn't seem to address that. Thanks
